At Dogwood Cabins LLC, located in Hartville, Missouri, we started building custom log tiny homes in the spring of 2021. We started out with our tools in a 20’x30’ shop building and our project outside on the driveway. Most times it seemed like it rained every time we had a cabin ready for insulation, so we would have to throw a tarp over it to keep it dry. We would then have to wait for the weather to clear before getting the cabin ready for insulation. We felt it was taking too long and we didn’t want to prolong the process of getting the cabins completed for our customers.
In the summer of 2023, we upgraded to a 6,048 sq. ft. shop in which to build our tiny log homes. This facility provides us with a spacious building where we no longer worry about the rain.
Our goal is to provide portable tiny log homes for our customers that they can be proud of. We want to see our customers happy, so we put our best efforts into high quality craftsmanship. We are always open to our customers’ opinions on how to make our log homes better. Communication is a priority at Dogwood Cabins LLC. We like to talk to our customers and establish a friendly relationship with them. We also love when our customers come to take a tour of our shop. By doing so, they can see exactly how our portable log cabins and log cabin kits go together and are under no misconceptions about what they are getting.
